Bahman Ben Azimi

Bahman Ben Azimi, commonly known as Ben, is the distinguished founder and president of Azimi Law. With a solid educational foundation, Ben earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Windsor Law School, following a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from York University. His academic credentials have provided a robust base for his legal expertise, particularly in immigration law.

Ben has dedicated over a decade to specializing in immigration litigation, offering a breadth of knowledge and a depth of experience in handling complex legal issues. At Azimi Immigration, he serves as in-house counsel, where his expertise shines in various facets of immigration law including Judicial Reviews (JR), Mandamus actions, Humanitarian and Compassionate considerations (H & C), Admissibility issues, and Refugee claims.

Ben’s commitment extends beyond the courtroom; he is actively involved in community services and legal education, aiming to make legal advice more accessible to those in need.
